Bhakti Yoga
I offer private, group, and online yoga classes, creating practice spaces tailored to your needs, pace, and stage of life. Each session is an invitation to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your heart. The practice integrates mindful movement, presence, and depth, cultivating balance between body, mind, and spirit.
The classes include:
- Meditation and mindful relaxation
- Mantras and pranayama (conscious breathing)
- Asanas (postures)
- Yoga philosophy applied to daily life
- Vibrational sound with Tibetan singing bowls
Each session focuses on body awareness, injury prevention, and developing a respectful and sustainable practice. Through Bhakti Yoga, we also create a space for devotion, gratitude, and connecting with what is essential. Whether in an intimate or shared setting, I will guide you in integrating the practice into your daily life, so that yoga is not just something you do… but a way of living.
