My name is Jessica, creator, director, and the heart and soul of Lavanda Zen Massage. This project stems from my own journey of evolution, where each technique I practice has been experienced, integrated, and transformed into wisdom that I now share with dedication and purpose.

I have over 15 years of experience in Asian and Western massage techniques, combined with the ongoing development of meditation, intuition, and mindful bodywork. I am a professional massage therapist specializing in the wellness sector, and an instructor of Bhakti Yoga and Yoga in Movement and Expressive Dance, disciplines I integrate to offer a complete and profound wellness experience.

I offer personalized sessions exclusively in villas, hotels, and boats throughout Lanzarote. You can also visit me at my studio in Playa Blanca, where the sea and tranquility are part of the experience.

I am trained in sports massage, traditional Thai massage, tok sen, ayurveda, Japanese acupuncture, foot reflexology and advanced energy techniques.
