20 Types of Yoga.
20 Types of Yoga: There are countless styles of yoga practice, all very flexible, with different sequences, rhythms, repetitions…
The classes I lead are based on bhakti, hatha, and vinyasa yoga, and I share them from a place of intuition.
- Bhakti – The entire practice is offered as an offering to divinity without attachment to it.
- Hatha – All yoga is hatha.
- Vinyasa – A sequence of 2-3-4 asanas, the union of asana and breath.
I teach adjustments and alignments of postures so that when you are alone at home with your practice, you can practice it healthily, with clarity and confidence without injury.
Here I share some yoga practices with you.
1. Hatha Yoga: The Perfect Balance between Body and Mind
